UTV’s head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur is in deep love with Vidya Balan, the super sex bomb of the Bollywood industry. After The Dirty Picture, Balan has been on high heels of success and finds herself on cloud nione. Her beau too is much happy being with her that is why to give a token of his love, he gifted Balan a lush apartment in Juhu facing sea. It is worth Rs. 14 crores.

The apartment is situated ar Juhu Tara Road and as per the sources the renovation work has started in the apartment. And the little birdie reported that both will be shifted to the place in March 2012. Vidya too informed the security that she would be shifted at the apartment in March.

The deal took place almost one and half month back and Sidd did not leave the opportunity and immediately paid the money to get the house.

He gifted it to Balan last month whose excitement was at seventh heaven seeing the Rs. 14 crores house. Obviously she had to be happy since it is quite costly and is situated in the heart of Mumbai.

Both would be living together (live-in relationship), the reports say. Bollywood has gone much advance now that the stars are now live together before the marriage.

Vidya too expresses that she is not in the mood of marriage and will rather enjoy the relationship without any bonding. She terms her relationship tasty, salty and spicy. Well, Vidya marriage is good, so tie the knot.

Mumbai, India - Vidya Balan is going gaga these days. Well, truly she is doing so because of her marvelous and tremendous acting skills she showed off in the movie ‘The Dirty Picture’. Ekta Kapoor, the producer of the movie called her with the name ‘Vidya Balan Khan’ in a party. Well, many eyebrows raised by her action. But all then thought that Ekta must have said so due to the fact that only the Khans of Bollywood can put the whole film on their shoulders thus Vidya was called ‘Khan’.

When Shah Rukh Khan got to know about it, he laughingly and amusingly said that if Vidya ties the knot with him, he will not mind putting her surname after his name.

He praised higher for the voluptuously sexy actress of Bollywood trade saying that she has tremendous talents which she flaunted in the movie aptly. He said that her talents need no name at all. So why she should be called ‘Khan’?

Vidya has been on high heels of success these days besides she has also raised her fees for the movie and ad projects after the big success of the movie. The film ‘The Dirty Picture’ still is much hot and hit in the entire world grabbing the bigger collections for the investors of the movie. The movie has been beating out all the flicks come its way. Ekta is super happy with the result of the film and Vidya Balan. Vidya should be thankful to Ekta who gave her this author-backed role.

Overseas box office reports for Yash Raj Films’ Ladies vs Ricky Bahl has not been well. The collections were below the mark. The film did below the expectations in overseas circuit. The collections were around $700,000 (INR 3.75 crore) in the two weeks. The major markets for the movie include:

USA - $225,000

UAE - $225,000

Australia - $46,000

Vidya Balan’s The Dirty Picture still has been on the road to success making pretty decent business in international market grossing $1.35 million (INR 7 crore). The bigger collections were seen in following circuits worldwide:

USA - $460,000

UAE - $475,000

Australia - $107,000

Akshay Kumar and John Abraham’s starrer Desi Boyz made the collections of $2.8 million (INR 14.75 crore) in just 17 days time. The bigger collections were seen in following markets:

United Kingdom (UK) - £545,000

USA - $11,065,000

UAE - $580,000

Australia - $267,000

Shah Rukh Khan’ DON 2 witnessed pretty good opening worldwide. The collections were superb spreading the smiles on the investor’s faces. Yash Raj Films were pretty confident of continuing with the handsome collections in overseas market but they failed to generate the oomph factor among the masses who did not turn in the cinemas. The Dirty Picture, Ekta Kapoor’s production, has been superb in terms of business. The film is expected to continue good business in international market in the days to come. This is surely adding sparkles to Ekta Kapoor and Vidya Balan’s career.

Ekta Kapoor’s production and Milan Luthria’s directed superhit saga of Silk Smitha, the south sexy siren of the 80s who ruled the scene with her endless sex appeal in the heydays, The Dirty Picture has been making bigger waves all over the world churning out bigger collections everywhere. But where it was released in the major international markets, the film lost its another big market in the region ‘Pakistan’ due to the Pakistani censor board’s policy of the sex content.

But the makers now found a sigh of relief since Pakistan has now given the green signal to The Dirty Picture. The movie has now been released in Pakistan. The Hindi movie buffs, which are in endless amount in the country, have got happier and the long queues would wait at the box office now.

The trade pundits say that The Dirty Picture will get good collections and response from Pakistan. Pakistan is considered to be the biggest hub for Bollywood in the region and previously when the Hindi movies were banned in the country for around 40 years or so, there was a big loss for the Bollywood market. But since both the countries speak one language and share the same traditions, finally the Pakistani government had to say ‘yes’ to Bollywood films few years back with the efforts of the Bollywood and Pakistani film industries. Now almost every big Hindi film releases in Pakistan and gets good business.

Well, the next week’s collections will bring the box office results of Pakistan.

Ekta Kapoor’s produced and Milan Luthria’s directed super venture ‘The Dirty Picture’ on the life and times of the sex goddess of 80s south film industry Silk Smitha where has done wonders at the Indian box office, it has also done big in international circuit. The opening to the international market too has been great for The Dirty Picture. In USA and UAE, Balaji’s production witnessed the bigger collections in its opening weekend but in other international markets, the opening to Vidya Balan’s flick was average. But expectations are there for the good collections in the days to come since the word of mouth marketing and the other sources of the film’s promotions will lead the viewers to enter into theaters.

The UAE market alone for The Dirty Picture made the collections of more than $300k where for the Desi Boyz, the overseas collections were $2.6 million (INR 13.25 crores) in ten days.

The buzz around the run-up to the release of The Dirty Picture is in full swing but movie buffs in Pakistan may not have a chance to catch the film in theatres.

The Pakistan Censor Board has refused to clear the movie for release in their country. Earlier this year, Delhi Belly too was not cleared for a release there.

It is learnt that after receiving a clearance by the Indian Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), the Milan Luthria directed film, based on South siren Silk Smitha, was submitted to the Censor Board of Pakistan for censorship.

"However, they rejected the application saying it is not suitable for theatrical release in Pakistan," reveals the source, adding, "They deemed the movie inappropriate for viewership in Pakistan, due to its bold and controversial content."

Tanuj Garg, CEO of producer Ekta Kapoor's company confirmed the news, saying, "Yes, our overseas distributor informed us that Pakistan Censor Board deemed the movie unsuitable for theatrical exhibition. Unfortunately, the audience in that country will not have a legitimate means of viewing the film which is sad given the huge buzz there for the film."

The voluptuous dusky-sexy siren of Bollywood industry, Vidya Balan has started promoting her upcoming much-in-talks flick, ‘The Dirty Picture’ produced by Ekta Kapoor (Balaji Telefilms) and directed by Milan Luthria. Well, her bold role in this film has already gained huge hype for this bombshell and now Balan has been roped in to do another attention grabbing role of a six months pregnant woman in the film, ‘Kahanni’.

Kahaani is to be directed by Sujoy Ghosh, who is famous for churning out the flicks on powerful subjects. Vidya’s character is of a pregnant woman who is on way to search her missing husband.

It is being said that Kahaani is based on Hollywood blockbuster, ‘Kill Bill’.

Balan is quite excited about her character in the movie. She told the media that the role of a pregnant woman is the one she might doll up with marvelous ease since she used to crack jokes on how differently the women with a bun in the oven walk by the time they are pregnant. She also mentioned that she used to also copy the style of the pregnant women’s breathing.

Balan revealed that she used to crack these jokes when she was in college.

The shooting of the movie is being done in Kolkata that is Balan’s favorite city. Well, these days she is in news due to her sexy sarees, skin-show and various avatars of 80s in The Dirty Picture. The film is expected to be a major hit of this year. It is being awaited hugely by the cinegoers.

In the upcoming much-awaited flick, ‘The Dirty Picture’, the voluptuous-seductress-steamy-dusky beauty of Hindi cinema trade Vidya Balan is playing the role of the south sensation Silk Smitha. Balan drops down all of her shyness to portray this character with much conviction and ease.

Vidya does not feel reluctant and hesitant in front of the co-stars and crew by being much bold and showing the physique but in the presence of her father, she could not become bold to go for the skin-show and intimate scenes.

This is what happened that while she was doing a steamy sequence for the film, her father came all of a sudden on the set. Balan got simply shocked seeing her father in front of her at the Mehboob Studio. She stared being shy and she was unable to give her concentration to the scene.

She was not well for some days after hospitalization, which is why her father came to see her but soon he realized that she was not feeling comfortable in his presence. He slipped from the set and went to stay in her vanity van.

P.K Balan then started reading books and magazines in the van where the sexy actress then came later to meet the father.

By the way, Vidya, you felt shy performing the steamy scenes in front of father but guess you forgot that when the movie hit the screens, your father would watch it…! Anyway, leave this matter aside. The fact is that she did brilliantly well (apparently) in the film and hopes are there that she would provide true enjoyment to the audiences.

Vidya Balan’s upcoming flick, ‘The Dirty Picture’ has been well in news and been taking the main leads in the media, over the web and in tabloids and all that. Huge hype is being done to make it as popular among the audiences as the makers can do. The steamy and intimate scenes of Vidya have been raising the intertest levek of the viewers to await for the film to come in theaters. But Balan’s alleged boyfriend Siddharth Roy Kapoor seems disturbed with her intimate sequences in the movie.

The reports say that he has asked Vidya to request the makers to tone down these scenes. The close sources claim that Siddharth is not happy at all with these hot scenes of Vidya and he recently asked her to ask the producer/director of the film to dilute them.

Although he was well aware of these steamy scenes in advance but since the day, the hype started, he began feeling uncomfortable and possessive about Vidya Balan. It is becoming hard for him to handle this situation.

A close friend of the couple termed this situation ‘rubbish’.

The source told that Siddharth himself was a part of the entertainment fraternity and knew what acting was all about. The source further told that he was un-interfering and would be happy if the film appeared to be a hit.

Milan Luthria, the filmmaker, said that he was not approached by Vidya to tone down the scenes. He said they all belonged to one industry.

Even she is flouting with the Nassir sahab and innocent Tushar and Emraan flawlessly throughout the movie. Director of this movie Milan Luthria has presenting Vidya in a very different manner. She will go to seduce her co-stars with throwing some bold dialogues and some sexy as well as appealing scenes. Even Emraan admiring Vidya for her guts to executing her-self in this type of bold as well as sensual roles which bollywood never ever seen before. According to Emraan, she does this role for this movie with much passion and becomes attractive in her lip-locking scenes even he never presented himself like this manner. Emraan appreciates vidya’s acting capacity and hard-working capabilities also that she had exposed to make her biopic character of Silk Smitha lively.

He said apart from Vidya, the way script is been made and the story is been developing through out the film, cast and crew of The Dirty Picture generally expecting it should be get a huge hit at the Box office. Some marvelous performances of acting tycoon Nassiruddin shah and handsome presentation of Tussar kapoor has just put the cherry on the cake. He personally said thanks to the producer of this movie Ekta kapoor and the director Milan for giving him a chance for being a part of such kind of experimental as well as top-class movie.
