Priyanka Chopra has said in an interview that working in Teri Meri Kahaani was not that easy rather it was tough since the characters she played in the movie were quite demanding. The film talks about three eras – 1910, 1960 and 2012. In 1910 character, Priyanka plays the role of Aradhana and she says this character was pretty difficult for her to enact as there was no reference at all but just some books and sketches.

She said that Kunal Kohli, the director of the film, just gave her some books and sketches for reference which she had to go through. She found big difficulty in getting the accent of that era. She plays the role of Aradhana in Lahore (now in Pakistan). She utters that she enacts the role of a Punjabi gal from Pakistan and she found much problem in getting that typical accent by reading the books and seeing the sketches. Priyanka tells that Kunal and Manish Malhota developed the scenario through these books and sketches. Manish designed the costumes keeping in mind the sketches Kunal gave him.

Shahid plays her hero in the film and his character name is Javed in 1910 era who falls in love with her. In 1960, she does the role of a successful film actress in Mumbai and Shahid plays a struggling music director who starts loving her. In 2012 era, the love story moves to England. The movie is all set to hit the screens on June 22^nd and there are many expectations from the film.

Priyanka Chopra, the dusky and steamy beauty of Hindi cinema industry, is quite seen in the U.S these days. Well, her presence in the U.S. is not for any vacationing or something else rather for her debut music album for which she has been making trips to the U.S. Today she once again packed the bags and left for States and she will now be living there for at least 35 days. Well…it is a long trip – guys, she is to finalize the entire album now so she needs much time there.

Besides the album, Chopra can also meet up her love flame there, as Shah Rukh Khan too is there in the U.S. to deliver a lecture to the students at Yale University. He did so and will return back but we guess (might be we are wrong) Piggy Chops can have a meet up with him there. In utter privacy far from the eyes of Guari, two can have a quality time. Reports have it that Priyanka will be meeting with the technicians there prior to putting her vocal chords to test. She is also to do a market survey there. There she would meet the concerned people to understand the apt time for the album’s release. She has also grabbed the lyrics for the final approval.

Priyanka has also told that her debut album would be having international appeal. In the U.S., she is expected to meet Katy Perry as well with whom he befriended at the recent IPL occasion in Chennai.

The dusky beauty and the sizzling hot actress of Bollywood trade, Priyanka Chopra, who was well in news due to her alleged love affair with co-star Shah Rukh Khan, is not going to promote or support Khan’s Kolkata Knight Riders at all. The love between the two – Shah Rukh and Priyanka was quite high but it was shattered by Khan’s wife Gauri Khan who stepped into the two and broke their paradise in order to save hers. Priyanka Chopra was wearing a bright red Maharashtrian nine yard sari and she was standing along with Amitabh Bachchan there and she told the media how much she was excited being there at the event. When asked her why she was not supporting Shah Rukh Khan’s KKR, she took a big pause and thought then uttered that many of her Bollywood friends owned IPL teams like Preity Zinta and Shilpa Shetty thus she was all there for the support of all. It was a smart reply to be safe. Well done, Priyanka.

IPL season five is going to from April 4^th onwards. The opening ceremony, which would be the most lavish and mammoth, will be held on April 3^rd. Bollywood diva, Kareena Kapoor has been roped in to perform at the launching ceremony of the fifth season of Indian Premier League. In addition to Kareena, international singing sensation Katy Perry too is scheduled to present her gig at the extravaganza. Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is to host the event. Apart from Kareena Kapoor, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Prabhudeva too have been fetched in to ignite the cricketing fiesta’s launch.

The ceremony will be held at the YMCA Grounds where Kareena, Priyanka, Katy and others will perform and Big will host the event. BCCI and IPL authorities want to make this opening ceremony as memorable as they can so that they are trying everything possible.

Nine participating team’s captains would be there to witness and enjoy the launch ceremony. IPL will start from April 4^th and last till May 27^th. 76 games will be played at 12 locations in India. The tickets for the opening ceremony have started being sold and the price is INR 1500 and above.

The Bollywood stars who are to perform there are utterly excited. All are looking for their upcoming performances and they have started doing the rehearsals as well. Amitabh Bachchan shows his excitement to fans on twitter and says it would be nice to meet the team’s captains there. The ceremony will certainly be mammoth since the Bollywood stars will make it sparkling.

We have learnt that Shahrukh Khan has refused director and producer of the movie Don 2 Farhan Akhtar that he would not be able to attend the international premiere of Don 2 in Berlin. Shah Rukh Khan is taking this step since he is not well. He told to Farhan and Priyanka that he will not be able to make it there.

But the sources close to the superstar told that Shah Rukh will certainly make it there as he is on antibiotics and can easily travel and go to Berlin. The sources revealed that he wanted to give surprise to Farhan and his costar Priyanka by appearing there all of a sudden. Well, if it happens, this would really be a surprise.

Shah Rukh Khan has huge fan following in Berlin and the movie was shot also there, so how could Khan skip this chance. He will also be meeting with the fans there and spend some days over there. Don and Don 2 both were shot in Berlin. Farhan loved this location thus he used it.  It is said that if the third sequel to the movie is planned, the same location will again be used this time around. The international premiere in Berlin is to happen on Saturday and Sunday. Frahan and Priyanka are there but Shah Rukh would reach there by tomorrow to surprise them. Priyanka Chopra is on cloud nine these day with her recent two successes at the box office besides her alleged love affair with King of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan. Well, Piggy Chops is now seeking a lavish giant bungalow facing sea in Mumbai. She thinks that this is the right time to spend money on buying a bigger bungalow. Priyanka has money now to spend so why not on purchasing a bungalow, her dream house.

She is in talks with the real estate companies who are now searching the right bungalow for her. Chopra wants privacy which she cannot get in an apartment. She also wants big space for her pets. Additionally she also wants accommodation for gym in the house.

Priyanka confirms all this to the reporters that she is truly seeking the bungalow facing sea and she says that she has got two successes recently so she has money now which she wants to consume on buying the house. The stars always like the bungalows facing sea. The ones who have sea facing bungalows in Mumbai include Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Rani Mukherji, Farhan Akhtar, Rekha and Rajesh Khanna.

Priyanka is also on the verge of releasing her music album for which she was in Los Angeles some months back for the recording and making of the album. She is now going to be a singer. Let’s wait and see if she succeeds in singing like she excelled in acting. Hopefully she will do, as she is really talented.

Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt starrer Agneepath released on Thursday, January 26^th 2012 all over. And the response to the film has been splendid rather record breaking. Both Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt were reportedly mobbed by the fans at the theater when they came to watch the film. It was learnt that Hrithik, who played Dinanath Chauhan in the film, and Sanjay Dutt, who enacted Kancha Cheena in the movie, came to watch the reaction of the audiences at Chandan Cinema in Mumbai where they both were simply mobbed by the ardent fans out there.

Both were simply mesmerized while seeing the huge audience at the cinema who came to watch their film. Hrithik talked to the media there and told them that he had watched the original film starring Amitabh Bachchan when he was a child and he liked the movie a lot that he watched it time and again. And interestingly he played the main lead in the remake. He said that he got super happy seeing the response of the audience.

Sanjay Dutt said that the remake of Agneepath was a tribute to the original flick. He uttered that both Amiatbh and Danny were the legends of the industry and making his comparisons with Danny was not apt at all.

Hrithik is really flying high with the biggest audience response to the film that broke records for the fisrt day collections. It made approximately Rs. 25 crores in the opening day. He came on twitter and thanked the fans.

Karan Johar’s much in talks project ‘Agneepath’ has hit the screens now. The film was much in news due to many reasons – the most prominent being the remake of the 90s hit Agneepath made by Karan Johar’s father Yash Johar and directed by Mukuk Anand. And the other reason of the fame of this flick is the item number Chikni Chameli done by today’s hot and gorgeous lass rather item number specialist Katrina Kaif. Due to this song, the audience was already waiting the flick to release. The song was picturised just for the movie’s hype which it created bombastically well. Katrina Kaif was roped in specially since she is the one lass of Bollywood trade who can turn the item number much popular and she did it! Remakes are well in today’s Bollywood business. And there is no harm at all in attempting the same when people love watch it and they serve the purpose well on screen by getting the people allured with them. When the remakes are churned out, the comparisons come along for sure. The stars, though say they do not copy the style of the original performances and obviously they do not, but since the audiences hit the space having the comparisons in mind, there is no denying that comparisons cannot be forgotten. But yes, they can be eliminated but post the release and with brilliant performances by the contemporary stars.

The debutante director Karan Malhota does the luminous job with this flick. He makes the current Agneepath by injecting the content as per the taste of the current audience. The new addition of the character of Rishi Kapoor – Rauf Lala too makes the film different from the original brand of Yash Johar.

Hrithik Roshan carries the legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan’s character of Vijay Dinnanauth Chauhan with finesse. Sanjay Dutt plays Kancha, the villain originally played by Danny Denzongupa. Many raise the issue that Sanjay has the shades of Danny’s character but the actor denies the reports and it is true Karan Malhotra’s Kancha is utterly different in avatar and acting than the 90s’ Agneepath’s Kancha.

The film is laced with all ingredients to entertain the audiences – emotions, revenge, drama and all. The direction is superb that the viewer sits with the open eyes from the first frame to the last frame of the movie.

The film tells the story of a village Mandwa where the young Vijay Dinnanath Chauhan (Hrithik Roshan) lives with his parents – Dinnanath Chauhan (Chetan Pandit) and mother (Zarina Wahab). His father gets him trained about the fire (Agneepath). All is well until the drug dealer Kancha (Sanjay Dutt) kills his father. Vijay and his mother comes to Mumbai where he comes across the city gang lord Rauf Lala (Rishi Kapoor) who turns young Vijay’s Godfather. In his journey of revenge, Kali (Priyanka Chopra) appears to be his support. Fifteen years later, a grown up Vijay Dinnanath Chauhan comes to Mandwa to take venegeance.

Direction by Karan Malhotra is a class and you cannot figure out that a debutante has done the execution. There is no hole in script. It is well written and catchy – all praises for the writers Ila Bedi Datta and Karan Malhotra. Dialogues grab special attention penned by Piyush Mishra. They are super. Cinematography and editing are splendid. Ajay-Atul’s music is catchy – Chikni Chameli is the one song that is enough to send chill through the bodies.

Hrithik Roshan has done the great job portraying the brilliant character of Amitabh Bachchan’s Vijay Dinnanath Chauhan. There is no comparison and Hrithik shows his class. He is a true superstar. Sanjay Dutt has made the people forget his negative roles in Kahl Nayak and Vaastav. Kancha has surpassed all. Priyanka is good. Zarina Wahab is splendid. Rest of the cast acts well.

On the whole, Agneepath is a masterpiece and must be watched. A NOT TO MISS VENTURE.

Ranbir Kapoor, the dashing heartthrob of Bollywood, is found praising big about his father’s performance in recently released Agneepath. Rishi Kapoor played a negative role in the film. His character is called Rauf Lala, who is a gang lord in Mumbai and plays a Godfather of Hrithik Roshan in the film. Karan Johar, the producer of the film, simply loved and keeps on praising higher and higher about Rishi Kapoor.

It is being called that Rishi has done this kind of role for the first time in his film career. Ranbir told that it was his father’s passion for acting that got injected in him and he then turned a star. Rishi experimented with his looks in the movie doing a role of kohl-eyed donning a kurta pyjama and wearing a karakul cap.

Ranbir Kapoor told the media that he has been hearing a lot about his father’s performance in Aghneepath. And he is happy that everyone is raving big about his role and performance. Ranbir mentions that his father is 55 plus but still he has so many offers to do. This shows how brilliant he is that he is laced with endless amount of works.

Post this release, it is hoped and the analysts say that Rishi will be offered so many roles rather author backed roles in the days to come making him a real character actor of Bollywood who ruled the Hindi cinema in his heydays and now again he has started ruling the Bollywood scene with aplomb.

What Priyanka Chopra was doing in the office of Shahrukh Khan at 3 a.m. last night? Well, the news made the bigger waves and the witnesses who saw her coming out of Khan’s office very late at night, started gossiping a lot. Since both the stars have been under the huge controversies after the alleged love affair’s rumors (for which Guari Khan stopped Priyanka to come to Khan’s bash recently), this new gossip added further flame to the speculations.

It was later learnt and even both the stars revealed by themselves on their twitter accounts that they were rehearsing for the upcoming awards show ‘Zee Cine Awards’ which they both are going to host in Macau.

Priyanka told that she was doing rehearsals for the show with Shah Rukh at his office and now she is going to Macau where she would be partying with his family in particular she would be hanging out with her dad enjoying the oceans and all that.

Khan told that he was off to Macau to host the Zee Cine Awards with Priyanka Chopra. He showed his excitement doing rehearsals with Chopra.

Priyanka is hosting the awards show for the first time and she flaunted the utter excitement for this.

Well, it seems all is well now between Shah Rukh and Priyanka Chopra after the alleged rumors of love affair. And it also seems good at part of Gauri Khan who was unhappy with Priyanka and the affair between hubby and Piggy Chops.
