Prakash Raj is a big name of Indian entertainment industries. He is an established actor down south. This man acts and directs movies in south and regarded much higher over there. Post showing his talents as an actor, this man wants to prove his mettle as a director here in Bollywood as well and that is the reason he is in talks to direct a movie.
The film will be the remake of the south’s hit film ‘Abhiyum Naanum’. As per the reports, Aamir Khan will play the main lead in the film. Aamir’s character will be of a doting father (which was actually played by Prakash Raj in the Tamil version). Recently Aamir Khan watched the Tamil version of 'Abhiyum Naanum' and he got hugely impressed by the film’s story. Thus it makes him interested in acting in this flick. The film will be produced by Boney Kapoor.
The Tamil version was directed by Radha Mohan and featured Prakash raj, Trisha, Ganesh Venkatraman and Aishwarya in lead roles. Prakash Raj has impressed the Hindi audiences with his brilliant acting skills in the films like Wanted and Singham. Now he will do the same with his direction.
