Till few days back, we have been bombed with mammoth reports about Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s pairing for Karan Johar’s next. But the director-producer himself has denied the reports saying that he has nothing planned for this film and all the reports about making a film with Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol are baseless. Karan even shows that he gets surprised at the news.
The filmmaker goes on saying that presently his entire focus is on his directorial venture Student of the Year, which is all set to hit the screens. Shahrukh Khan and Kajol were last seen together on screen in Karan Johar’s directed flick ‘My Name in Khan’ which was the co-production of Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar.
Reports have it that the film with SRK and Kajol would be romantic saga. Since Karan makes one film at one time, this will be announced by the end of the year and the working will be started on by early next year.
Karan is presently busy with the post production works of Student of the Year which stars newcomers (there is no big name attached in leading starcast) – Alia Bhatt (Mahesh Bhatt’s younger daughter) and Varun Dhawan (David Dhawan’s son).
It is said that Rishi Kapoor will play gay principal in the movie. Shah Ruklh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan will do cameos in the film. Let’s wait and see when Karan makes the announcement of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol’s film together since this is the pairing audiences love the most.
