Harshvardhan Kapoor, the son of the brilliant actor of Bollywood Anil Kapoor and the younger brother of Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and producer Rhea Kapoor, is now going to join in the family tradition ‘Bollywood’. Yes, he is all geared up to step into filmdom. The reports have it that Harshvardhan is currently in Los Angeles where he is taking courses in screenplay writing and cinematography.

Once the courses are over, he will shift base to Mumbai to start his film career. The sources say that he will join the director Anurag Kashyup in the film Bomaby Velvet featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. Anil Kapoor confirms the news saying Harshvardhan and Anurag have been in contact for many years and they both have their own equation.

It has now become a trend and fashion in Bollywood to learn the film techniques through assistantship or courses prior to stepping in front of the camera. Ranbir Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor both were the assistants to Sanjay Leela Bhansali before they made their Bollywood debut. Varun Dhawan, the son of filmmaker David Dhawan, too was the assistant to Karan Johar in My Name is Khan and now he is making his debut in Johar’s Student of the Year. Aamir Khan’s son Junaid too has joined Bollywood but still he does not have any kind of plans to act in movies.

This trend is getting popular and hopefully it will continue since it is good to learn the techniques of the trade first before stepping inside the filmdom.

Salman Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger is on the verge of release and all eyes are fixed on it. The film is being called the biggest film of the year. If it gets hit, it will also be the biggest movie of Salman’s career. Not only is Salman excited for the film but also his babe Katrina Kaif too is thrilled. Both have been promoting the film at various TV shows, appearances at events and the likes. Now the promotional activities will go to smaller cities of India and reports say that Salman Khan has denied going to small cities for the promotions.

Well, it is not like that he does not like small cities or his stardom stops him to go there rather his denying seems valid. He says that there are huge crowd there and in the crowd, there are women. Men take advantage of the situation when women are there in the crowd. He adds that then there would be kids and the senior citizens so if any mishap happens, it will come on us.

Macho man then reveals that God forbid, if any injuries happen or someone dies there, it will come on us. He then says that our own security guards can push them to safeguard us and if in this process, someone gets injured or anything of this sort happens, we would be blamed. Thus he utters it is better to be safe and stay away from these kind of situations.

Ek Tha Tiger releases on August 15^th.

Shagufta Rafique, a name which is known in Bollywood industry, is a famed screen writer. This classy writer now wants to make her directorial debut. She wants to make her directorial debut with a film which features the likes of Bipasha Basu and Randeep Hooda. Shagufta desperately wants both of these stars in her movie since she likes them a lot.

Talking to media, she displays her desire to fetch in both in her debut vehicles. She is in talks with both of them but she cannot make it confirmed as the talks are on early stages. There are rumors making the rounds about her signing the directorial debut with Reliance Entertainment. But the script writer denies the reports saying that she has not signed her directorial debut with them rather she has signed a movie with them as a script writer.

She goes on adding that she is having talks with many producers and once any fruitful result comes up, she will certainly let the world know about the same.  Shagufta is famed for writing scripts for Vishesh Films. She has written many scripts for the movies like Woh Lamhe, Murder 2 and others.

Shagufta Rafique turned to filmdom as a writer after leaving her career as a bard dancer. She says the script writer knows more than the director as he/she has written the film and knows the essence more than the writer. Thus she wants to plunge into direction field. Let’s wait and see the new development.

The milky beauty Katrina Kaif, who is enjoying the top notch status in Bollywood along with the likes of Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and others, has been on way to buy a property in Mumbai for her. She has been looking for a house since quite long time but still there is no hope at all. The babe is worried. She lives in Bandra area in a flat which is located at the seventh floor. Curvy babe wants privacy and private life and that can happen only in a private place. But in the city like Mumbai how can it happen since it is over populated and people struggle hard to fetch in a place.

Due to the presence of Bollywood industry, all stars live here and the ones who come to Mumbai to make career in Bollywood from other parts of the country and world also reside there. Thus this city has become over populated. The property’s price has shot to heights.

Well, Katrina Kaif now takes a sigh of relief as there is a hope now. Producer Salim Akhtar, who gave Rani Mukherjee break in Bollywood, wants to sale his bungalow. It is situated near Ajay Devgn’s office and director Muzzaffar’s residence. Salim has been asking many superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar and others to buy it but no one showed interest. Now Katrina has come to know and she is much interested in buying it. Obviously she can buy since she earns a lot being the top notch actress. She is now in talks with him.

Faisal Saif writes and directs the psycho thriller ‘5 Ghantey Mein 5 Crore’. Pakistani starlet Meera, who has previously worked in Hindi movies, makes her comeback in Bollywood with this film after a long hiatus of 5 years or so. The actress could not make her mark in Bollywood when she debuted in the industry and now she is passionate and certain to make waves in the fraternity once again.

Produced by Dr.Joginder Singh Padam and others, the movie stars Abhishek Kumar, Shawar Ali, Ranjeet and Kavita Radeshyam in main leads apart from Meera who enacts the leading lady of the film. Leonard Victor has scored the music. The film is slated for August 10^th release.

Synopsis:

Vikram (Shawar Ali) is a chartered accountant. He and his keep Soniya (Meera) are waiting for the account Muqaadam (Rashid Khan) who has to deliver the mammoth money Rs. 5 crores cash at their farm house. Vikram is the employee of Sultan Corporation owned and run by Sultan (Ranjeet). The moment Muqaadam deliver the giant amount, Vikram and Soniya, as per their cunning plan, have to go with the planning by slaughtering Muqaadam and leaving for Singapore with the giant cash i.e. 5 crores to begin with new life. Enters into the scene is Karan Oberoi (Abhishek Kumar) who is Soniya’s former classmate at her college.  On the other hand, Reshma Salahuddin (Kavita), a bar dancer, is waiting for her beau Muqaadam who does not return since Vikram and Soniya have killed him. Here begins a game filled with dity love, murder, deceit and betrayal.

Raj Kundra and wife Shilpa Shetty have done an ad together, now it is the turn of their close friends – Sanjay Dutt and wife Manyata Dutt. Yes, you heard it right that both Sanjay and wife Manyata have gone for shooting an ad together for the very first time. Sanjay celebrated his 53^rd birthday today and he is quite happy.

The sources reveal that the husband and wife have shot for a jewelry ad and the shooting took place on the day of macho man’s birthday i.e. on July 29^th. He met a group of kids on his b’day and then went ahead to shoot for the ad. In the evening, he was with his family but the birthday celebrations could not happen at home since his house was being renovated.

Sanjay Dutt has been in the industry for decades and he has been the charming and much liked actor of Bollywood. The masses would love him. In his youth, he was dashing. From Khal Nayak, he turned to action hero, though he did few action movies earlier as well. But from Munna Bhai MBBS and its sequel, his comic sense was admired and liked hugely. Today, he is among the big stars of Hindi cinema. And even in this old age, people still love him as a hero. Shri Shankaracharya Arts Pvt. Ltd and FilmyBox Movies present Aalaap that has been produced by Nishanth Tripathi and Abhishek Missra. Manish Manikpuri directs this venture that stars Amit Purohit, Pitobash Tripathi, Rituparna Sengupta, Ruhi Chatarvedi and others. Agnee has scored the music for the album.

The film is not potentially great. From the initial reels till the last frame, there are some moments when you get attached to the flow or like the flick otherwise, it is a boring saga altogether. The plotting is interesting. But the scripting is lackluster.

The film talks about a journey of a rockband which vows to be the voice of the youngsters. This band vows to brawl with the violence with music. The band consists of four guys and they are on the mission to change the world. They are well aware of the fact that they have to sacrifice in their effort of gaining what they have planned to get.

Direction by Manish Manikpuri is lackluster and it does not hold any values and offers any sparks to the audiences. The viewers cannot sit to watch the flick. The plot is interesting but the screenplay has not been dashed off as per the requirement. Direction and writing become the true culprit of the film’s failure. Cinematography is okay. Editing is poor. Music is passable.

Amit Purohit does well. Pitobash Tripathi is average. Rituparna Sengupta goes well. Rest of the cast is just about okay.

On the whole, the movie though has interesting story but script and direction become the reason of the film’s failure.

Bollywood's first superstar Rajesh Khanna has left the world and the entire nation rather his millions of fans paid tribute to this magnificent actor. Rajesh Khanna’s will has now come out in public. As per reports, he made a will few weeks before his death. And as per the will, Khanna has not left anything for his estranged wife Dimple Kapadia, who was with him in his last days.

The will also reveals that nothing has been left for his long time live in partner Anita Advani, who served a notice to Rajesh Khanna’s family to protect her from being thrown out of his residence. Rajesh Khanna has left all his belongings – his bungalow, bank accounts and other assets to his daughters – Twinkle Khanna and Rinkie Khanna. The will was read out in the presence of all his family members.

The reports have it that Khanna’s family is now planning to convert the bungalow into a museum. Advani’s legal notice has now no worth at all since the will says that all is for Rajesh’s daughters. Now Anita has to stay away from the family and residence since there is nothing for her at all. The media reports say that Anita has been with Rajesh Khanna for more than 10 years as a live in partner and on the basis of live in partner (as she said in the legal statement that she served him like a wife) she had raised the claims. Rajesh Khanna will be remembered forever with his works.

Famed choreographer Farah Khan is making her acting debut in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi. Farah’s turning to acting is really strange and many eyebrows rose when she made this decision inside the industry and even in outer world. But since it is Bollywood and here at this junction, everything happens. Impossible becomes possible at this land. Thus we have to accept it and hopefully Farah will be living up to her fans and moviegoers expectations.

She is making her pair opposite the classy actor Boman Irani. The posters of the movie have already made the waves and developed liking for the film. They show the movie would be a comic caper. If well made, the film can turn a superhit and Farah may witness her another career in Bollywood ‘acting’.

Farah Khan is happy with her acting debut which is going to happen with Shirin Farhad Ki Toh Nikal Padi but her husband seems not to be interested at all in seeing her on screen romancing another man. She says that Shirish Kunder is not ready at all to see her romancing some other man on screen.

Khan goes on telling when she was approached, she thought they wanted her for choreography but they offered her acting job. She was about to refuse when her hubby asked her to go for it. Now he is not ready at all to see her on screen and she is not going to force him at all to go and watch the film on screen.

Heroine undoubtedly seems to be the best film of Kareena Kapoor’s career. He film is being awaited hugely by the audiences. Her fans and the moviegoers have become crazy for watching this film on screen. Thanks to the well-build promotions being done and media which has been on way to create the bug hype for the film.

The film’s trailer has been out and interestingly the trailer has garnered more than one million views on YouTube in just three days time. The community over the web has really gone mad after they learnt the trailer was out. Madhur Bhandarkar, who has been creating well designed hype for the film on Twitter by tweeting the film’s pictures and tidbits, has proudly announced that the trailer on YouTube got more than 62,000 views in just two hours time after the release.

Kareena is much excited for the film as she has done two item songs in the film, which are already popular among the audiences. The hot sizzling pictures of the item songs have also been released and they received good views on the web. The steamy bed scene with costar Arjun Rampal too has been on way to grab many ripples. Bebo is anxiously waiting for the film’s release. Initially Aishwarya Rai was in this movie but due to pregnancy, she left the project leaving room for Kareena Kapoor who was roped in later.
