There were talks about Kareena Kapoor’s wax statue to be placed at Madame Tussauds’ museum, then the reports came that the ceremony has been delayed. And the latest about this hot babe’s wax statue is that it has eventually been placed and launched at the museum.

Kareena Kapoor, the famed Bollywood actress, herself unveiled her own wax statue at the Madame Tussauds museum in Blackpool, Britain.

Kareena, while talking to the abundant of reporters there, said that it was a big honor for her to have her own wax statute placed at the famed Madame Tussauds Blackpool. She uttered that even the biggest honor was that she herself launched the statue. Kapoor mentioned that it was undoubtedly the biggest moment of pride for the Hindi cinema.

The reports reveal that the wax statue took around four months to get completed and the cost occurred on it was approximately 150,000 pounds.

The wax figure of Kareena looks difficult to believe since it is pretty life-like. While seeing it, it appears as if you are seeing the real Kareena. Kapoor said that the museum did a fabulous job in designing her wax.

The unveiling of Kareena Kapoor’s wax statue launched the global exhibition as well where the statues of many prominent Bollywood stars would be taken to six cities of the world for the exhibition. And then they would be brought back to Blackpool beginning of the next year in January 2012.

Other Bollywood stars like Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai too have their wax statues placed at Madame Tussauds.

A latest survey reveals that the Bollywood’s very gorgeous and most sexiest bombshell Katrina Kaif is the most searched celeb on mobile videos.

As per the survey, the milky beauty Katrina has been awarded the label of the most searched celebrity on mobile videos. Kat has defeated the biggest Hollywood beauties – Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan in the list who land on second and third spot respectively.

The data was reported by the Global Video Insights Report. As per this report (released in September by Vuclip – the world’s colossal independent cell phone video service), another Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor hits the fourth place and the coveted Hollywood singer Beyonce Knowles comes on fifth position.

Sixth place was fetched by Sonakshi Sinha and the likes of singer Pitbull, Justin Bieber, Shakira and Don Omar all grabbed the positions in the list also.

The Vice President of Vuclip, Salman Hussain said that it is a big honor for Bollywood and India that the Indian beauties have surpassed the Hollywood celebs in the list.

Katrina Kaif has previously many a time won the title of most searched female Bollywood celebrity on search engines as well. Other stars of Bollywood too are adored and searched over the web more than their Hollywood counterparts. Bollywood is going place without any doubt and the stars of this industry are respected high in the world. The likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan are respected and famous in the world just like the biggies of Hollywood industry.

Katrina Kaif will turn 27 on July 16^th and the buzz is that the sweet sexy actress will be celebrating it in grand style. Katrina Kaif has been avoiding any big celebration on her birthday due to the controversy between her beau Salman Khan and Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan that happened on her Birthday 4 years ago.

If sources are to be believed then Kat as she is popularly known is planning a big party on 16^th July this year and all the people who have made a difference to her life would be invited.

There is enough buzz about this party in Bollywood circles but Katrina Kaif when asked about this her Birthday Plan denied having made any such plans. Katrina had this to say when quizzed further “"I have not planned anything yet. My movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is releasing on 15th July so most probably I will be busy with the promotional activities."

Katrina Kaif is also likely to devote some time on her birthday for charity. Her mother does a lot of charity work and Katrina seems to have inherited this trait too.

Holi is one festival that is celebrated with much gusto in Bollywood, year after year, and sees the industry’s who’s who rubbing shoulders with each other and enjoying the festival of colours. The stars also make it a point to wish their fans. And it wasn’t any different this year, except for the fact that instead of rubbing shoulders, tweeting was much more in evidence!

Amitabh Bachchan, always quick on the Twitter, wrote, “Holi greetings to all. May the colors of the festive season infiltrate your life and make it even better.” And son, Abhishek, followed it up with his tweet, “May all the negativity in your lives be burnt away by this Holika fire. Happy Holi.” Singer Lata Mangeshkar, who has also taken to tweeting, wished her fans and families a happy Holi.

Bipasha Basu seized the opportunity to wish and caution her fans. She said, “Enjoy the festivities today but also be very careful. Colors are not safe and the practice of throwing balloons on strangers is not fun. I have seen people and children ruthlessly attacking elderly people and animals with balloons which hurt pretty bad. How can it be fun...I don’t understand.” Similar sentiments were echoed by actors Mugdha Godse and Minisha Lamba on Twitter.

Filmmaker Shekhar Kapur had a message for all, when he tweeted, “Happy Holi to everyone. But would Holi be same without water? We may not have a choice soon, so save water.”

Kareena Kapoor was given the title of Bollywood's most sexy woman by a film magazine but the interesting thing is that even after this title, Kareena was not in pleasure. In a  ceremony last week by the TV journalists, when asked Kareena about the Sexy title, how she feels after getting the title, she then shot back. Kapoor said "I must admit I am glamorous, but seems a little strange to hear sexy.

Kareena was then also asked by the TV journalist that who according to her was the most attractive man in Bollywood. But the question didn't worry Kareena at all and she replied with a smile - "Saif Ali Khan .... and who else!" But Kareena soon realized that this response will make other actors enraged, so she cleverly clarified that Aamir Khan and Ajay Devgan are also very attractive.

This is to be remembered that Kareena worked with Amir in 3 Idiots and with Ajay in Golmaal 3. About Amir, she says "I am a big fan of his. Working with him in 3 Idiots was a great experience and I am so lucky to have worked in that movie."

When asked "For Tashan, you went into being a zero figure. Would you do the same for some next movie?", she replied "Now, I don't have the courage to attain zero figure. According to me, Saari is the most sexy outfit ever."

The relationship between Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor never benefited Shahid, but Kareena has turned a complete vegetarian. Recently, she gave a proof of it too. Currently, she is doing a movie of director Shakun Batra "Short Term Shaadi".

In the movie, she is playing the role of a hair stylist. In a latest shot scene, she refused to eat eggs at all. According to the scene, she had to eat food in a restaurant with Imran Khan in a cafe in America. For the scene, the director wanted her to eat eggs but she refused saying that she doesn't eat non-vegetarian food and hence will not do the shot.

For this problem of her's, Bebo had to argue and fight down Shakun Batra which resulted in the acceptance on the director's part. She completed the shot after many re-takes and she was given fifteen eggless pancakes for the same shot.

After the day's shooting, she said "I don't have non-vegetarian food in my meals now. I left it around six years back. I talked about this to Shakun and he accepted my proposal of letting me eat eggless pancakes. If it was the demand of the scene also, I would not have eaten the eggs. That's why, I like to discuss this problem of mine with the directors before taking up any movie."

Bollywood Dabangg, Salman Khan also fears something now. This fearless personality on screen has now started to fear something. What is it?? The secret is out now!! It is on screen stunts. Salman has accepted that nowadays he is afraid if any director tell him that he has to jump off a cliff or something similarly dangerous. He is afraid of possible bone breakages. He says "These stunts are very dangerous and risky. If due to any flaw in the planning, I get my bones in pieces, it will be very difficult for me to pass 3-4 months in hospital".

Dabangg Khan had recently shot for a new advertisement of the famous cold drink company "Mountain Dew" in which he had to jump freely from a height of 3000 metres. This advertisement clip is out now and can be easily spotted on the television. But, for Sallu, the shot was not easy to give. He had to wear special Wing Coat for the shooting and also he had to take some training beforehand. A special trainer was hired from New Zealand to give him this pre-shoot training.

Bollywood movie star, Ranbir Kapoor says that since, his sister Riddhima is a girl, she was always given preference over him. He also wants each and every family to be like his so that girls get that required attention and importance which his sister gets. According to him, women empowerment is also important in film industry and better work has to be done in the field.

Ranbir says "I salute my mother on this international women day, for giving us(Ranbir and Riddhima) the values and principles we have got. She was the one who taught us that there is no difference between a man and a woman. But, in my context, I do feel that Riddhima was favored much more than myself and I think that this must be the case in every family of the country." Ranbir Kapoor started his film career four years back with Saawariya, and then the movies like Wake Up Sid, Raajneeti and Rocket Singh, got him the respect in the industry.

According to him, "In our society, boys have always been liked more than girls in their families. I wish they start caring for the girl child more than the other ones." Ranbir has always liked the international women day as this is the day which makes every woman remember the challenges they are put to in this male dominant society.

"I agree to the proposal of celebrating women's day for the three hundred and sixty five days of the year but a special day is must because it will make us remember and take our minds to some of the problems faced by a girl in her normal life. Things are changing in the film industry as well, which is a good sign." he says. "Today, I can see girls living their lives the way they want to and they are free to choose their way of living. We all know that the actresses like Kajol and Madhuri are still popular and famous amongst directors even after marriages and kids, which is a praisable change. I favor women empowerment as according to me, it will be very good for the Indian society as a whole." he added.
