One of the bollywood's next big releases is Abhinay Deo's Game starring Abhishek Bachchan and Kangana Ranaut in the lead. A movie under the category of strong action thriller, the music too has to be similarly thrilling. The team of Shankar, Ehsaan, Loy and Javed Akhtar has already given huge success to the movies like Dil Chahta Hai, Lakshya, Don, Rock On, Luck By Chance and Karthik Calling Karthik. The song tracks of Game look promising when keeping in mind this musical team. Let's have a detailed review of the songs of this movie :

1. "It's a game"= Vishal Dadlani's vocal chords mixes well with electronic arrangements.     Earlier also, the music in Dhokha and Johnny Gaddar was awesome and this one too     makes a place in people's head.
2. "It's a game(female)"= The female voice is given by Sunita Sarathi who sang My Wish     Come True(Kisna) and Khuda Hafiz(Yuva). Have you heard Tina Turner's Golden Eye??     This one sounds much closer to it.
3. "Kab Maine Ye Socha"= Shaan sings well again similar to his song Kya Maine Soch Tha    (Hindi version of Blue's One Love) with the saucy female vocals of Anusha Mani. This     one lacks novelty factor but mixes well with the romantic shots of the movie. You     can expect this number in the Valentine's day collections.
4. "Mehki Mehki"= Shreya Ghoshal's seductive voice in this track takes you back to the     60s era. Genre ranging from jazz to arabic grooves. With Shreya is Kshitij singing     the male part. His voice is appealing and sounds similar to KK's.
5. "Kaun Hai Ajnabi"= Now, this one makes us travel to the 1970s. A situational     soundtrack, this one is voiced by KK and Aditi Singh.

Besides these five, there are two remix versions each of "Mehki Mehki" and Kaun Hai Ajnabi. You will not be dissapointed by the seven songs. But, they are not of the type which really display Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy's best.

Soundtrack Rating : 2.5/5
