Madonna is an international singing sensation. The sex bomb songsters, who once shaken the breath-flow of the guys with her utmost sex appeal in her heydays, is still potentially super sexy apart from her classy singing. Her concerts are always filled with super thrills and mammoth crowds wherever in the world they take place. Madonna’s concert happened in UAE yesterday and today, where Salman Khan’s sisters – Arpita and Alvira, came specially to attend it. Besides these two sisters of Khan, B-Town brigade too came to attend the concert of Madonna.

The two-day MDNA concert took place in UAE where the likes of Sonali Bendre along with hubby Gioldie Behl, Sophie Choudhary, designer Manish Malhotra, Urmila Mantondkar, Tejaswini Kohlapure and other corporate figures Tanuj Garg, Vikram Shroff, Namrata and fashion designer Manav Gangwani were witnessed.

A close source depicts that the B-Town figures booked the tickets of the concerts in advance to avoid disturbance. There is a big buzz that Salman Khan who happens to be a big fan of Madonna was to attend the concert but due to his shooting problems in Thailand, he could not make it to UAE.

Salman is in Bangkok these days along with his ex-flame Katrina Kaif (who seems to be quite close with the actor nowdays) for the shooting of Kabir Khan’s Ek Tha Tiger. The film is being made under YRF’s big banner. The flick’s shooting reportedly will be wrapped up after the Thailand’s schedule. The movie is slated for release this summer.

Anurag Kashyup’s much in talks and much awaited flick ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ is slated for release in India and around the world on June 22^nd, 2012. The film was screened in the recently held Cannes Film Festival where it was super appreciated and the film got many accolades from the audiences over there.  Post Cannes, the film’s liking has developed much higher among the Indians and they are desperately waiting for the release of the film which will happen by the end of this month of June.

Produced by Anurag Kashyup and Sunil Bohra, the film has been written by Zeishan Qadri, Ahilesh, Sachin Ladia and Anurag Kashyup. Sneha Khanwalker has given the music for the film’s album. The movie stars Manoj Bajpai, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nawazuudin Siddique and Rema Sen in the lead.

Synopsis

The end of the colonial India and the focus is poured on Shahid Khan (Jaideep Ahlawat) who loots the British trains by pretending to be Sultana Daku. Now being in exile, Shahid turns out to be the worker at the colliery at Ramadhir Singh just to encourage the revenge fight going on generations. Decade turns and Shahid’s son Sardar Khan (Manoj Bajpai) now swears to bring his father’s honor back. He turns out to be the most terrororized man of Wasseyopur. The film stays utterly true to its real life influences and reveals the vengeance story through socio-political ways happening in Bihar and Wasseypur’s scrap and trade mafia. What happens next is what ignites the interest quotient for the viewers.

Akshay Kumar starrer Rowdy Rathore that features Sonakshi Sinha as the leading lady of the film happens to be the first big release after Indian premier League’s winding up. The film did mind boggling business in just three days. The business in three days has led the movie to the fact that it might be able to cross 100 crores mark. The leading cast and the makers of the film definitely want the film to cross 100 crores mark and it emerges as a superhit at the box office.

The hardcore masala film opened to the full packed houses on Friday. The opening days collections of the first day were super solid, as it made Rs. 15 crores. After the first days collections, Rowdy Rathore automatically eneted into the big league. Over the weekend, the flick’s business happened to be steady. In its opening weekend, the movie made the collections of Rs. 48 crores which is called a very good initial. Thus it means, in just three days’ business, the figure at box office comes up as Rs. 48 crores. Trade Analysts say that the movie is the strongest opening of the year. Behind the good opening, there exist a number of facts – first big release after the IPL tournament, people were looking for a big release and Akshay came up to action after a long hiatus.

The movie did not have any competition on the release day that also went into its favor. Shanghai is the next solo releases on coming Friday. Dibarkar Banarjee is the man behind the direction of the movie. No rivalry will be on Friday and it will work for the benefit of the film.

Amitabh Bachchan, the mega star and the legendary actor of international fame, has said that he often gets fully amazed by the incessant scrutiny on the celebs’ lives by the paparazzi. Bachchan, who has been quit irked by the constant focus of the media on his daughter in law Aishwarya Rai’s post pregnancy weight gain and baby’s name and pictures, has said that celebs are just like normal human beings. Thus they should be treated like normal humans.

He then also goes on adding that celebs’ phenomenon not only exists in India but also all over the world. Bachchan also mentions that if you are a celebrity, you have to compose yourself while in public and display a smile on face. He utters that don’t do anything wrong and you are safe from the media. Amitabh also expresses that although you try to be safe by not doing anything wrong, but at the same time also be prepared for the worst since even a small wrong doing can bring worst things. Amitabh Bachchan points out that celebrities are not aliens, they are human beings just like you and me.

Amitabh Bachchan has recently lent his voice for a song for Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film ‘Bol Bachchan’ in which he makes the guest appearance and has shared the screen space with his song Abhishek Bachcahn after Banti Aur Babbli. In this track, Ajay Devgan too is featured along with the two – Sr. Bachchan and Junior. Bachchan.

Amitabh Bachchan is now scheduled to go to LA for the treatment of his stomach.

On the eve of the Hindi cinema’s legendary late star Raj Kapoor’s 24^th death anniversary (which took place on June 2^nd), his grandson Ranbir Kapoor says that he has the collection of the fond memories of his grandfather which are still afresh in his mind. Raj Kapoor passed away on June 2^nd 1988 when he was 63 years old.

Ranbir utters that he was just six years old when his grandfather Raj Kapoor passed away. Ranbir says that he still remembers the days when Raj Kapoor used to call all the kids to his room at home – he, his sister and all cousins including Karishma and Kareena Kapoor. He used to have toffees with him and he used to ask the kids to perform and upon performance, he would give us the toffees, which was a big reward at that time for all the little kids.

Late Raj Kapoor was also endowed with the title of Showman (in his life) by the industry because of his unique style and the super hits he gave to Hindi cinema such as Shree 420, Awara, Boot Polish, Sangam and Bobby.

Ranbir Kapoor is these days supremely rocking after the success of Rockstar and now he is working in numerous films which will start releasing soon. He is a big heartthrob of the youngsters nowadays.
