Director Sneha Tuli has been in news and this director’s skills are being acknowledged in the industry and among the masses. Her directorial debut ‘Dekho…Yeh Hai Mumbai’, which is the production of SAM Production, is on way to grab the headlines. Neeraj Vora, the noted actor, has reportedly written a film script while keeping director Ashutosh Gowarikar in mind but after he finished off with the script, he decided to offer the film to director Sneh Tuli.

Well, this change of mind comes to his mind by seeing the qualities of the director. He worked in her directorial venture ‘Dekho…Yeh Hai Mumbai’ and witnessed how fast she worked while running around the sets and calling the shots. She completed the movie in flat 20 days schedule without disturbing anything of artists’ schedules, etc.

With her qualities and fastness in work, Sneh is in high demands in the industry and she has been grabbing the mammoth attention of the producers. She has also been approached by a leading production house. She has signed with them and nowadays is zeroing in the A-Listers of Bollywood.

Well, let’s wait and see what happens with Neeraj Vora’s script. Still no official signing has happened yet between the two – Neeraj and Sneh. But Sneh is quite in news because of her good qualities of direction and working style. Every filmmaker wants the film to complete in shortest time and she is an apt choice to complete the movies as quick as lighting. Thus she is in demands.

Madhur Bhandarkar’s on the floors movie, ‘Heroine’ has been well in news and is the flick that keeps on generating the hype and controversies. Since the outset, the movie has been in shaky position and headlines. Initially the flick was shelved when Aishwarya Rai left the project due to pregnancy. It was a big shock for Madhur and when Kareena joined in Madhur got satisfied and staretd working with the film.

Now the latest controversy is that the film is inspired by Bollywood actress Manisha Koirla’s life. Manisha had started her career in Bollywood with the movie ‘Saudagar’ and then she saw hits in her life like Bombay and 1942, A Love Story. Well, then the decline came in her life due to her bad habit of heavy drinking and her personal life too was affected by this habit.

She has been suffering the bad relationships as well. Her marriage too is in trouble. She has filed for divorce from husband.

But Madhur denies the rumors and says the film is not based on Manisha Koirala’s life at all. Previously there were rumors that the film was inspired by Hollywood biggie Marilyn Morore’s life but Madhur had turned down the rumors. The film really keeps on generating the noise and rumors. Well, whether it gets controversies or hype, the fact of the matter is that Madhur is a happy man that his movie is getting promotions before the release. The film also features two item songs for Kareena Kapoor which are brilliantly made.

A R Rahman is the Oscar winner musician and the one composer whose compositions always mesmerize the souls. People get attracted and dragged to his music by the time it plays. The magic lies in his works. He is called the music genius and maestro and he aptly fits to these labels. On Sunday’s 84^th Annual Academy Awards’ function in Los Angeles at the Kodak Theater, Rahman was specially invited to perform. He performed there and allured the souls.

Everyone out there was caught with the magic of Rahman. Two Oscar winner A R Rahman excited and allured the audiences out there with his instrumentals and vocals. The tracks on which he performed were from the movie 127 Hours.

In 2009, A R Rahman was nominated for the original music and song and he won the golden trophies for his best original music score (for the movie Slumdog Millionaire) and best original song (Jai Ho from the same movie). Other performances at the 84^th Academy Awards included Esperanza Spalding's rendition of Louis Armstrong's 'What a Wonderful World'. This performances was a tribute to the stars who passed away in last 12 months like Whitney Houston, Elizabeth Taylor, Jane Russell and Etta James.

Rahman was super excited for his performance prior to the event and post the event as well. He posted about the same on his twitter account. Rahman’s works are loved and acknowledged around the globe and he is now an international composer who has listeners in entire world.

Vidya Balan is all over the place in Bollywood these days. She is among the top nitch actresses of Bollywood cinema after the mammoth success of The Dirty Picture. Balan has been named the new hero of Bollywood and she is quite excited over it. When asked her as to how does it feel to get the label of new Bollywood hero, she says that she feels proud but she loves being a hertoine.

Vidya has a special connection with Benagal. Well, this is how that she started her cinematic career with a Bengali film ‘Bhalo Theko’ then she did a music video of Euphoria where she plays the character of Bengali bride then her Bollywood debut with Parineeta too fetched her the role of a Bengali woman. And now she shot in Kolkata for Kahaani. Thus she says that she has a special bonding with Bengali culture. She speaks Bengali fluently and likes learning the new rhymes of the language.

Balan has been a passionate lover of Bengal and its language. Even in the movie ‘Bhool Bhaliya’ she plays the role of a Bengali dancer.

Her upcoming film ‘Kahaani’ too focuses on Bengal as she lands in Kolkata to seek her missing husband. She plays the role of a pregnant woman. The film is well in talks and people are waiting for the release. Vidya does not want to typecast in same roles rather she loves playing various characters and luckily she is being offered various roles to enact.

Will You Marry Me, this is the comic caper that has been creating ripples among the moviegoers and the wait is being done for the release by the audiences. But they still have to wait more since the date has not been finalized yet.

A presentation of Ikkon Films Production and Vipin Jain, the movie is produced by Krishan Chaudhary. Aditya V. Datt directs this venture that stars Shreyas Talpade, Muzamil Ibrahim, Rajeev Khandelwal, Celina Jaitely and Mugda Godse in addition to Manoj Joshi and Paresh Rawal.

Sharib-Toshi along with Sachin Gupta, Amjad-Nadeem, and Gaurav Dagaonkar have been roped in to score the music for the album.

Synopsis

It is a fresh youth story that talks about three pals - Aarav (Shreyas Talpade), Nikhil (Muzamil Ibrahim) and Rajveer (Rajeev Khandelwal). All of these three guys have one common thing in them i.e. love.  They place a bet that whosever ties the knot first will lose a big share of amount. All goes on well until one day later few years Nikhil announces his marriage to Anjali (Tripta Prashar). They all go to attend the marriage at Dubai beach and there the two Rajeev and Aarav fall for one girl – Sneha (Mugda Godse). But soon Nikhil is kidnapped by the business tycoon (Paresh Rawal). What will happen next is what will provide joys seeing at screen. The film is a true comic caper and interesting to watch. A treat to enjoy, Will You Marry Me is expected to tickle the funny bones of the audiences.

London Paris New York is on high waves of popularity among the cinegoers, who are waiting for the release of the film. The movie is being awaited by the youngsters since the film has been targeted to the youth. Anu Menon writes and directs the movie. The romantic comedy stars Pakistani singer turned actor Ali Zafar and Aditi Rao in main leads. The film has music scored by the leading male Ali Zafar who also pens the lyrics and sings songs for this musical album. Well, one man is doing a number of jobs all alone. Let’s check it out whether he succeeds in this task or not.

The album starts with the title song that is sung by Ali Zafar and Sunidhi Chauhan. An electrifying song, it really injects the soothing pleasures into the souls. Both entice with the vocals. Lyrics and music are well maintained.

Ali Zafar tries to be Kishore Kumar in this song. He is utterly impressed by the legendary singer and always copies his style of singing. In this number, he brings the magic of Ek Ladki Bheegi Bhagi Si but fails to generate the oomph. Lyrics are ordinary. Music is okay.

A Punjabi number then comes up on the album cover sung by Ali Zafar, who sings all the male versions in the album. He renders the lines beautifully. Lyrics are good. Music goes well also. When you hear the song, it appears as if you have heard this kind of song before.

Thehree Si Zindagi (Singers: Ali Zafar and Aditi Rao Hydari)

Ali sings it with finesse and Aditi loots the hearts with her rendition. Her vocals are as pretty as she herself is. Lyrics and music both are stupendous.

Oo Lala (Singers: Sanam Marvi, Hadiqa Kiyani and Ali Zafar)

In this song, Ali Zafar gives room to two other Pakistani singers – Sanam Marvi and Hadiq Kiyani. Sanam impresses with the classical portion of the song. Hadiqa ia good. Ali sings well. Rap portion is electrifying. All seems good but the song loses values due to the heavy noise that is too bad.

Ali Zafar ruins the pleasures with his badly delivered singing. Lyrics and music both are pretty bad also.

Ekk Deewana Tha, which was being expected to hit the bigger jackpot due to being the remake of Tamil superhit and then the scripting of Javed Akhtar and music of Oscar winner A R Rahman, could not do well at the box office in India and overseas. The film was beaten out very badly by the viewers who did not approve it at all. The rumor mills and the gossips of the affair of the leading players – Prateik Babbar and Amy Jackson – all did not help the movie to get good business at BO. Even the film could not make average business in both home and international market.

Karan Johar’s Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, which opened good in India and abrod, starring Imaran Khan and Kareena Kapoor did supremely well in overseas market. It is very close to the mark of $4 million business in international circuit. The 10 days business for the film from the major international circuits is as follows:

USA - $1,025,000

UAE - $725,000

Australia - $195,000

Karan Johar’s another mega hit Agneepath has been on way to allure the hearts of the people. The film still keeps on igniting the success flame in international markets. Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt starrer collected $6 million and in North America it will hit the mark of $2 million. The business of Agneepath from the major international circuits is as follows:

Friday releases – Jodi Breakers and Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya opened to much poor openings. Both the movies gave very poor business to the makers and investors. The results were no encouraging rather much below the belts. The verdict is that both will be struggling to stay at the theatres.

Jodi Breakers opened to around 20% opening. The opening day and the following days were laced with the audiences which were hardly to view. The ticketing windows were empty awaiting for the viewers to come. The critics even rated this movie good nonetheless the viewers did not turn up. The fact behind might be the pairing of Bipasha and Madhavan since Madhavan is not a leading Bollywood actor and is seen playing the second or third lead in the movies here in Bollywood.

Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya too opened to around 20% response. In few cities of Punjab, the movie witnessed somewhat good business due to the presence of a famed Punjabi vocalist. The movie did not see any kind of improvement on the opening day and the following days so far. The film was being expected to hit the jackpot due to the marriage of Ritiesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’ Souza but people did not give it any importance.

Ekk Deewana Tha turned flop since it had a poor week by grossing around 4 crores (nett).

Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu too dropped badly in second week and grossed 6.75 crores (nett) and total business is around 37.50 crores (nett).

Poonam Pandey is the super sex bombastic gal of the tinsel town. She loves flaunting her steamy, sultry and sexy curvy body. Now the people have started thinking whether she is Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian of India? Well, this is being said due to the fact that both of these Hollywood babes are known in the US and around the world due to their dare to bare attitude, heavy skin show and nudity. The same is done by Poonam Pandey in India which is the reason that she has started being labeled as Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian of the country.

Poonam had shot to fame when she made claims to go nude if Indian cricket team won ICC World Cup 2011. The countdown of her being naked even had started in the media. Well, she is a noticeable name now but still she has not been offered any Bollywood movie or any prominent assignment from the world of entertainment.

Mahie Gill is the sex bomb actress of Bollywood cinema. Laced with the super sexy and hot body structure, Mahi is the one actress who is also talented and her talents are known to the cinemagoers through the movie she has done so far. She has begun her career in Hindi cinema with the film ‘Dev D’. Mahi told that it was not planned to work with offbeat films rather she wanted to discover other genres of the movies.

Gill told that she liked working with the luminous and good filmmakers in Bollywood and all of these filmmakers are making offbeat films with alluring themes. Thus she slipped into those movies called offbeat. She finds herself utterly lucky that she got the chance to work in those kinds of movies.

Mahi then went on adding that at the same time, she also wanted to doll up the flicks on comedy subjects. Gill, 36, revealed that she also liked to work in romantic films. In Sahib, Biwi Aur Gangster, Mahi Gill enacted the role with grey shades.

She mentions that majority of her directors are of the view that she has an innocent face. She says that when a negative role is played with such an innocent face, the role turns super alluring then for the audiences. In the sequel to Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster, Mahi Gill is all set to play a cunning Begum. The likes of Jimmy Shergill and Randeep Hooda are scheduled to play the main leads opposite her. Additionally, Irrfan Khan and Soha Ali khan too are all set to appear in this movie.
