57^th Idea Filmfare Awards took place in Mumbai on Sunday, 29^th January 2012 where who’s who of Bollywood industry came to adorn the event. The occasion was hosted supremely by Shahrukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. The function was much glittering and since Filmfare is considered to be the most prestigious awards in Bollywood, all made it sure to hit the space.

Ranbir Kapoor, who has been fetching rather snatching the awards from all the awards’ function recently, again bagged the Best Actor Award for his marvelous performance in Rockstar. This film has made Ranbir a real rocking star who has turned to such heights where he now stands with the biggies of the trade.

Ranbir was already confident that he would be bagging the Best Actor trophy at Filmfare and he proved it right. He was also conferred the Best Actor (Critics) trophy for Rockstar there. Vidya Balan was conferred with The Best Actress Award for her brilliant act in The Dirty Picture. Vidya too like Ranbir has been bagging the Best Actress Awards at all the functions. Both proved themselves as the brilliant stars in Bollywood front with their stellar performances.

AR Rahman bagged the Best Musician Award. Zindagi Na Mileygi Dobara bagged the Best Movie. Farhan Akhtar bagged the Best Supporting Actor for Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Rani Mukherjee bagged The Best Supporting Actress for No One Killed Jessica. The Best Actress (Critics) went to Priyanka Chopra for 7 Khon Mauf.  Zindagi Na Mileygi Dobara got a lot of awards there.

Imran Khan, who is on way to promote his upcoming film ‘Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu’, lost his baggage at Dubai International Airport few days back. Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor are on the promotional tour abroad for the upcong Dharma Productions’ film churned out by Karan Johar and directed by the first time director Shakun Batra. The film is slated for 10^th February release all over.

The incident happened that the bag of Imran and other passenger was same in look. And during the transit, the other passenger picked up the bag and took away with. Imran got worried as he had bought the shirts and socks from Dubai Shopping Mall. With efforts, after 24 hours he retrieved his bag.

Kareena came back from Dubai to Mumbai to attend the Filmfare Awards. Imran Khan will fly to New York and then London for the promotion of the movie. Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor are playing the main leads in the film. Karan Johar is much certain that the movie will do better like his Agneepath among the masses. Well, Karan has been lucky nowadays, so, considering his luck we can say that the film go to heights of success. Besides the presence of Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor will also be beneficial for creating the worth of the film. Apparently it seems that the film has potential but the time will tell when the movie is in theaters.

Imran Khan too is lucky these days and Kareena is already the most salebale actress of Bollywood.

Love You to Death, a presentation of Fat Mama, is a comic caper that has been directed by Rafeeq Ellias and produced by Chiman Savla. The movie stars Chandan Roy Sanyal, Kallol Banerjee, Nicholas Brown, Yuki Ellias and Leonid Kudyavtsev among others. The film will releases some time in the month of February 2012.

Ronit Chaterji has scored the music for the film’s songs. Previosuly the movie was shown in seven festivals around the globe like in America, Canada and in India. It fetched the Audience Award in Anchorage.

Synopsis:

The film has been made in two languages – Hindi and English. It is a whacky and wilder comic caper that puts the laughs on the mad times we reside in. Set off partly by the stories in the newspapers about greed, the movie carries horde of awkward killing attempts. The film shows a doctor who happens to be sexpert by day, a rockstar by night in addition to a theater director who is on the business of organizing the suparis of death as well.

There is a funeral of dog where the dogs of various casts and breeds come to attend the funeral. The film also shows Sonia who is affluent and loves her pet ‘dog’. This dog is laced with the problems humans have like anorexia and insomnia. Both Sonia and her do then get the therapies such as crystal and herbal teas from a therapist, who has an affair with Sonia’s father in law. Sonia’s husband Atul and his mom scheme two killing attempts. What happens next forms the story of the movie.
