The last couple of days there is an intense speculation behind Superstar Salman Khan’s absence from this year’s IIFA to be held in Toronto in a few days time. Salman Khan is the Brand Ambassador of IIFA.

The news is that Shahrukh Khan’s co-host will be Vivek Oberoi. Vivek Oberoi’s and Salman Khan Row that happened a few year’s ago is quite well documented. The whole industry stood behind Salman Khan when Vivek Oberoi had called a press conference some years back to speak about Salman Khan and his ways.

Now the most powerful group in Bollywood, the Shahrukh Khan group that includes his buddies Farah Khan and Karan Johar are helping Vivek Oberoi to resurrect his career.

Along with co-hosting the IIFA function with Shahrukh Khan, Vivek Oberoi has also been offered a role by Karan Johar in a Dharma Production. King Khan also did a star turn for Vivek Oberoi’s by dancing in his film Kaal.

For Vivek Oberoi his acceptance into Bollywood’s most powerful camp is a huge sigh of relief but for Bollywood fans this is another confirmation of the animosity that exists between 2 of the biggest Superstars of Bollywood Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan.
